Saietta is a well-established British R&D company on a mission to accelerate the market introduction of highly innovative, affordable, and reliable propulsion motors for a broad range of electric vehicles (EVs) from scooters to buses. The product is proven, and market pull is strong. Since 2016 Saietta has undertaken rigorous R&D and testing for an innovative, unique motor topology, with low-cost raw materials, designed for low-cost, automated assembly. Saietta is now evolving from a pure R&D company into one that also manufactures its own motors in a new European production plant.
Overview:
This is a new role for an experienced human resources professional to support the development of HR policy and procedures to drive performance, develop employee engagement and resource development processes and strategies and lead recruitment projects
Applicants will need to have a broad range of HR skills and worked in a fast paced, dynamic engineering or manufacturing environment.
Required:
Ideally candidates would have developed from HR administration to HR advisor and would have gained CIPD level 3 qualification or above.
Good knowledge of employment legislation, organisational design and employee welfare
Proven track record as a HR administrator, HR advisor or generalist within a similar fast-paced company (e.g., manufacturing, engineering, technology, professional services.)
Proactive, positive, happy to take on and deliver HR projects, eager to develop and progress.
Expected skills and experience:

Good knowledge of employment legislation, UK right to work, visas, IR35, organisational design and employee welfare
Proven history as an HR administrator, HR advisor or generalist within a similar fast-paced company (e.g., manufacturing, engineering, technology, professional services.)
Proactive, positive, happy to take on and deliver HR projects, eager to develop and progress.
Experience in some of the following would be of interest; organisational design and development, recruitment, resource development and / or employee engagement.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy is crucial.
Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team.
Ability to work in a thriving, demanding and fast paced environment
