Role and responsibilities:
Supporting the Product Development requirements for the Saietta motor platforms
Directing the DVP, PPAP, FMEA and general development test requirements
Driving the Product Development SOP to Quality standards
Ensuring that Test Requests / Process are understood, achievable and delivered
Driving reporting tools, reports and records
Ensuring that all Quality process and documentation is controlled
Attending project planning meetings
Keeping up-to-date on all equipment and processes
Being able to follow internal standards and procedures including quality related requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- Good knowledge and experience of AC motor and controller powertrains
- Previous experience within an EV test environment
- Knowledge of DVP, PPAP and FMEA for EV motor development
- Flexibility to adapt to different tasks
- Good Word and Excel skills
- Excellent documentation and traceability skills
- Having a ‘hands on’ and ‘can do’ attitude
- Being innovative, proactive and be able to provide alternative solutions to issues
- Experience with originating Quality and SOP documents for Test Procedures, DVP, PPAP and FMEA
